Combined Actors of Cambridge Double Bill - Overruled/A Phoenix Too Frequent.
This set required two different locations designing/building onto the same structure, in such a way that they could be transformed during the interval by a small crew. The first act was set in an Edwardian seaside hotel, the second an Ancient Greek tomb. The contrast between these two settings provided the inspiration for the set; one rooted in decadence and luxury, the other cold and bare.
